This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how notofilia.com (“the Site,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and, for users in Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012.

2. Data we collect and purposes
Subscription form: first name and email, to send Site updates. The footer form posts to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) at notofilia.us11.list-manage.com. By subscribing, your data is transferred to the USA under Mailchimp’s contractual safeguards. Submit opens a Mailchimp page in a new window.
Analytics: this site does not load Google Analytics 4 or other analytics identifiers from its own JavaScript. The cookie notice lets you accept or reject future non-essential cookies; if analytics tools are added later, they will not load until you give consent.
Edge metrics: Cloudflare may process aggregated traffic metrics at the edge; it is not initialized by first-party site JavaScript.
Technical security cookies: Cloudflare places strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm) for Site security, exempt from consent.
Consent preference: your choice (accept or reject) is stored in browser localStorage (notofilia_cookie_consent = accepted|rejected), not as an HTTP cookie.

4. Recipients and data processors
Your data may be processed by Mailchimp — Intuit Inc. (newsletter) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Google LLC is not listed as an analytics processor because this codebase does not implement Google Analytics.
5. International data transfers
Mailchimp/Intuit and Cloudflare are established in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognized mechanism (including, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
6. Data retention periods
- Newsletter subscriber data: while the subscription is active; processing stops when you unsubscribe.
- Consent choice: in localStorage until you clear it (site data or browser storage).
- Technical security cookies (
__cf_bm): up to about 30 minutes, per Cloudflare. - Cloudflare logs: according to the policies of Cloudflare, Inc.
7. User rights
You may access, rectify, erase, object to, request portability of, restrict processing of, and withdraw consent for your data at any time under the GDPR, LOPDGDD, and Colombia’s Law 1581, by writing to info@notofilia.com.
