The OSCE presidency:This banknote commemorates Kazakhstan's presidency of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) during 2010, the first time that a Central Asian and Muslim-majority country assumed that rotating position.

- Obverse (vertical design):Coat of Arms of Kazakhstan, a flock of birds in flight in the traditional national style, the official logo of the OSCE presidency, and the Baiterek Monument in Astana.
- Reverse (horizontal design):a stylized dove in flight carrying an olive branch above the Akorda Presidential Palace in the capital.
- Varifeye® Magic Window:wide transparent vertical stripe on the right side of the obverse, made of ultra-thin polymer film that changes appearance depending on viewing angle and lighting.
